Tutoring for kids with dyslexia.
Experience the Orton-Gillingham difference with individualized, structured literacy lessons tailored to meet your child's needs. Serving students in Fountain Hills, AZ and nearby cities.
A structured, multisensory way to teach reading.
A flexible approach — direct, explicit, sequential, and diagnostic — for teaching reading, writing, and spelling to people who struggle with literacy, including those with dyslexia. It reflects the work of Dr. Samuel Orton and Anna Gillingham.
Every lesson engages three senses simultaneously to build new neural pathways and stronger connections in the brain.
This is not a boxed curriculum. Every lesson is individualized — paced and designed around one student's strengths and needs.

Academy-trainedAssociate practitioner
Hi, I'm Lori.
I trained through the Orton-Gillingham Academy and work as an Associate-level practitioner under the mentorship of a Fellow. I hold a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Grand Canyon University and bring years of teaching experience from public school classrooms, overseas, and eighteen years of homeschooling my own children.
Teaching reading has always been my passion — especially helping struggling readers gain the tools and the confidence to succeed.
